Peer Review Policy

Electronics, Communications, and Computing Summit
Published by the Society for Communication and Computer Technologies (SCCTS)

The ECC Summit adheres to a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to uphold the highest standards of scholarly publication. All manuscripts submitted must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere at the time of submission and throughout the review process.

Key Guidelines:

  • Double-Blind Review:
Each submitted manuscript is reviewed anonymously by at least two international experts in the relevant subject area. Authors must ensure that all identifying information is removed from the manuscript prior to submission to preserve the integrity of the double-blind review process.

  • Reviewer Selection:
Reviewers are selected based on their academic qualifications, expertise, and prior contributions in the relevant domain of electronics, communications, computing, or interdisciplinary areas.

  • Ethical Conduct During Review:
The review process is conducted impartially and confidentially. Reviewers provide constructive feedback based on scientific rigor, technical quality, originality, relevance, and clarity of presentation.

  • Editorial Discretion:
Final decisions regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection are made by the Editorial Board based on reviewer recommendations, compliance with ethical standards, and alignment with the summit’s scope.

  • Withdrawal Policy:
Given the time and effort invested by editors and reviewers, withdrawal of a manuscript during the peer-review, revision, production, or post-acceptance stages is not permitted without explicit written approval from the Editorial Office.

Authors are expected to fully commit to the submission once the peer-review process begins and cooperate throughout until a final decision is rendered or the paper is published.
